I try to make things as easy as possible for everyone concerned. I’m here to help you, not bog you down.
Email is my preferred communication method, bar none. I find having everything in writing is so much easier for everyone. If there are video calls, I record those for both our sakes so that we have a record. And, let’s face it, when was the last time you remembered what you said three months ago?

Quality Guarantee
I guarantee my quality 100%. What I cannot guarantee are results. Results depend entirely on factors outside my control.
What I can do is guarantee the deliverables are of the highest quality I can produce with the information and technology I’m given.
Hours of Operation
I am 100% remote and work on EST (Eastern Standard Time) from 9-5pm. I do not work weekends or the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Ash Wednesday
- Easter (From Thursday to Monday)
- Memorial Day
- July 4
- August 15
- Labour Day
- November 1
- Veterans Day/Remembrance Day (November 11)
- Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday)
- Christmas Week (Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day) (December 24 through January 1)
I will acknowledge any work you send over to me during normal business hours. If you have an urgent deadline that falls outside my normal business hours, please check with me beforehand to ensure I have the availability.
